If you’ve experienced a stroke or if you are a family member or caregiver of a stroke survivor, you know the path to healing can be a challenging one. Please know, encouragement and hope are available.
Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Denton offers a support group that meets the first Tuesday of each month. It enables those affected by stroke to connect with each other in a nurturing and educational environment.
The next meeting will be July 5. 
The guest speaker will be Patricia Deverson, a dietician, and the topic will be eating for a healthy lifestyle.
Space is limited so please plan for only one caregiver to attend per patient. A light snack will be provided.
